All orders are shipped via Canada Post.

I ship orders within 3 business days of the piece being ready. Expedited with tracking, which takes anywhere from 2-7 business days, depending on where in Canada you are.
US orders are also shipped Expedited Parcel with tracking, and take approximately 5-10 business days.

Please don't forget to take into account processing time if you've ordered a custom or made-to-order piece! The listing will indicate if the piece is ready-to-ship, or made-to-order.

I try to keep packaging minimal and as environmentally friendly as possible. All orders ship with a cotton storage pouch for your piece, recycled paper cushioning, and care instructions. It's not glamorous, but it's functional and as sustainable as possible. If you are ordering as a gift shipped to the recipient, let me know and I can add some gift wrapping!

Shipping times are not guaranteed. If you're ordering for a special day or Christmas, be sure to give yourself lots of time! Remember, once it's shipped it's out of my hands.
